Andreas W. Kaelin
Founder and Owner
Andreas has been managing mandates for over seventeen years with his company ICPRO GmbH in the areas of business and association management, as well as consulting and project management. He is co-founder, board member and managing director of the Swiss National Test Institute for Cybersecurity (NTC) and the Swiss Alliance for Digital Security (ADSS). He also serves as Vice President of the Cybersecurity Committee at digitalswitzerland, is a member of the Bank Council of Nidwalden Cantonal Bank, and a board member of AGORA SecureWare SA.
His leadership experience spans banking, industry and associations. Andreas has led numerous large-scale projects in the fields of strategy, IT sourcing, banking IT, regional development and ICT vocational education.
Annalena Tosi
Finance, Marketing and Communication
Annalena supports the management team in strategic development and contributes her extensive experience in building and leading organizations in the fields of digitalization, politics and cybersecurity. She holds a degree in economics, completed her studies in Berlin, and has been living in Switzerland since 2012.
Pascal Schöni
Finance and Operations
Pascal is responsible for accounting, financial planning, and the development of internal processes and IT infrastructure. Previously, he led Finance and Operations at the location initiative digitalswitzerland, where he successfully implemented several multi-stakeholder projects. He studied business administration with a specialization in International Management at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW).
Dr. Elisabetta Depace
Public Affairs and International Activities
Elisabetta leads international seminars and organizes trade fair appearances abroad. She is also responsible for communication and marketing activities within ICPRO mandates and supports the management team in legal matters, particularly in data protection.
After completing her law degree in Italy, she earned her doctorate cum laude at the University of Lucerne and has been living in Switzerland since 2017.
Katrin Sieber
Office and Project Management
Katrin has many years of international experience in supply chain, quality and process management. With a structured approach and a forward-looking mindset, she ensures efficient processes and the successful implementation of projects. Originally from Schleswig-Holstein, she has been living in Switzerland since 2005.
